How to request deletion
Send the request from your registered details to hello@saleshade.in, or on WhatsApp or phone: +91 99884 49934 · +91 92144 04396. State your business name; we will confirm the request with the account owner before anything is actioned — deletion is not a step anyone should be able to take for you.
What happens to your data
Your data is yours to take first. After a deletion request, your Customer Data remains available for export for one hundred and eighty days, or is deleted earlier if you ask. Closed accounts are otherwise retained for six months under the retention policy, after which data is deleted. Once deleted, it is not recoverable — export before you close the door.
Before you go
If the account is being deleted because something did not work, one honest conversation costs nothing and sometimes fixes everything — support answers around the clock. And if this is simply goodbye: thank you for the time your business gave us.
