Plain pricing, in writing
Two ways to run SaleShade. Both include implementation, training, updates and 24×7 support.
Early-bird price — what we are charging while we build our first set of clients.
Then, per user per month (billed yearly)
Per user per month is the whole price — the yearly billing is the continuation
Halves chosen per business; users from the first user
No SKU, user or location tiers to outgrow
All figures exclude GST
Buy the licence once and never pay per user. A minimum annual AMC keeps the servers, access, support and updates running.
Users included — no per-user charges, ever
AMC sized to your business, agreed up front
The licence is perpetual; the AMC keeps it live
Do the math before we do
What would it cost you?
Honest math, at today's rates.
Plus GST. The slider stops at twenty-five because past that the yearly math stops making sense — a business that size belongs on Perpetual, and the proposal below is how to price it.
Yearly math looking heavy for your size?
Then Perpetual is built for you. Tell us your requirement — team size, locations, SKU count — and we will send a written proposal priced to it.
Users included in the licence — add your whole team
A minimum annual AMC covers servers, support and updates
A written proposal, not a haggle
Your brand — and a separate question about where the data lives
Your name on the software — the platform carries your brand, not ours
The infrastructure stays our work — servers, backups, security and updates are not your problem
The shortest route in — nothing to procure, nothing to rack, nothing to staff
Your name, and your servers — the whole of the data sits on infrastructure you already own
The software remains ours — the source code stays on our side; what moves is the data, not the product
The API for it already exists — this is a deployment choice, not something that has to be built first
White label is offered to enterprise customers, and where the data lives is a separate decision from whose brand is on it — you can take one without the other. Both routes are priced per engagement; the proposal form below is where to start, and the last box is for the requirement in your own words.
What every plan includes
Implementation & setup
The system set up around how your business works — directly importable data brought in as part of setup.
Training
Your team trained on the floor and the godown, on every plan.
Every update, automatically
New features land in your plan at no extra cost. No versions.
24×7 support
Real help on email and phone, every day of the year.
If your data first needs structuring — SKUs extracted from supplier PDFs or an old system — that work is done-for-you data setup, priced on request by volume and complexity. Directly importable data costs nothing to bring in.
The money questions, answered
Is there an AMC or renewal fee?
On Perpetual, yes — a minimum annual maintenance charge keeps the system running smoothly: servers, access, support and updates. It is sized to your business and agreed up front. On Pay as you go the per-user price is the whole price, and the yearly billing is itself the continuation. Prevailing figures are on this page; revisions carry thirty days' notice, per our Terms.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It stays yours, in writing: exportable for one hundred and eighty days after access pauses — or export and delete it yourself the same day. Nothing is held hostage.
Can different users take different halves?
The halves are chosen per business — the whole business runs Desk, Operations, or both.
Will these prices change?
The prevailing prices are always the ones on this page, and renewal-fee revisions carry thirty days' notice, per our Terms.
Can we run it on our own servers, under our own brand?
For enterprise customers, yes — and they are two separate questions. White label puts your name on the software. Self-hosting puts the whole of the data on servers you already own, with the software itself remaining ours. You can take either, or both. Priced per engagement; ask through the proposal form.
Ask for a Perpetual proposal
This is the form for the licence you buy once — no per-user, per-month billing. How many users you would buy, and how many showrooms or stores you run, is all it takes to size it. Running an enterprise requirement or a white-label deployment? Say so in the last box. WhatsApp is faster if you would rather just ask.
The demo is where the numbers conversation happens — honestly and completely, against your own business.
