A QR code on every display
A QR code on each product or panel. Your customer scans for details and price; your salesman scans to quote and add it to the estimate as he walks.
Two customers on the floor, one salesman
Two customers are on the floor and you have one salesman.
One of them is standing in front of a product he likes, reading a label that tells him nothing, waiting for somebody to be free.
He will wait a few minutes. Then he will decide to come back another day, and most of them do not come back.
Meanwhile your salesman is at the far end of the showroom, and to answer one question about a price he has to walk away from the customer he is already with.
He waits a few minutes

He decides to come back
Another day. Most of them do not come back.
Your salesman walks away
To answer one question about a price, he leaves the customer he is already with.
Your customer scans the code himself, on his own phone
No app. No download. He opens the camera, points it at the code, and a page opens.
Product image, name, description and price. The things he was standing there wanting to know.
That covers the gap when nobody is free. He is not waiting and getting bored — he is reading about the product he is interested in, on his own phone, while your salesman finishes properly with somebody else instead of cutting it short.
The page carries your logo. The colour scheme stays neutral, so it reads as clean and current rather than as somebody else's branding on your showroom floor.
It is how some businesses sell. A customer who can see the rate without asking is a customer who has already started deciding.
Others would rather their salesman established what the product is worth before a number is on screen. Both work.
It is set for your business, and it is your call, not ours.
The same code, from the app
Your salesman scans the same sticker, from inside SaleShade.
He gets the product with its image and its rate, and three things the customer's page does not have:
A discount field. — Enter one, and the price revises on screen in front of the customer.
A quantity field. — For however many the customer is thinking about.
Add to estimate. — With the quantity or without it, if that is still being decided.
No printed price list. No PDF on somebody else's phone. No calculator, no notepad, no pen. The phone in his hand is the whole desk, and he never leaves the customer to use it.
By the end of the tour, it is already made
Every scan screen carries Start Estimate and End Estimate.
Starting asks for the customer's mobile number.
From there, everything he scans goes onto that estimate while the two of them walk the floor — the handle at the front, the drawer system in the middle, the two things the customer went back to look at again.
End Estimate saves it against that number, ready for the name and the rest of the details.
And it is in the follow-up pipeline before your salesman has sat back down. Not that evening. Not when somebody remembers.
One QR per product, or one per panel
One QR code per product where a single large item is on display — a bed, a wardrobe, a shower enclosure, a door set.
One QR code per panel where a group sits together — seven handles on a board, a rack of profiles, a laminate display, a row of taps.
A single large item — a bed, a wardrobe, a shower enclosure, a door set
Label at eye height — on the frame or the plinth
One scan, one product — exactly what he is standing in front of
A group sitting together — seven handles on a board, a rack of profiles, a row of taps
One label at the corner — of the whole board
One scan opens all seven — numbered, so he knows which is which
You print them yourself — from the panels and collections section
Your display will change — add a product to a panel or take it off, without needing us
We train your team — during onboarding
If you would rather your customer did not see rates without a salesman present, turn them off. Both ways work.
The mobile number is required to start an estimate, so the lead is captured because your team is selling — not because somebody remembered to log it.
QR has been running in SaleShade for a year
This is not a plan.
QR has been live in SaleShade for about a year, in working showrooms, on real displays.
Ten seconds is all it takes to see it.
